The name ‘mental strength’ encompasses all aspects of mental well-being and physical strength required to fulfill the ultimate goal of mine – happiness. ‘Preaching’ will not be tolerated and only factual information and my experiences will be discussed. I do not aim to be a douchey inspirational Instagram ‘never trained in their life but had surgery so look ok’ loser and am not publishing the blogs for the intention of getting famous etc but for my personal journal that I can look back on in times of trouble. The reason why this is online is so that anyone who has had similar experiences can benefit and so that stereotypes can be relinquished of ignorance. Also. the truth will be told as bluntly as possible!
Real struggles, real weights and none of the bullshit.
So please, open your mind and read a few of the upcoming blogs without expectation and without preconceived ideas of what should be said. As you can probably already tell the style of these writings will not be structured and may not always make sense – that is what makes the messages so important. The ramblings of a sufferer.
